Astra Engineering carries out consultancy activities for Public and Private Administration about Management of Public Procurement.

Thanks to the abilities developed after more than two decades of activity and constant updating, we have gained wide experience and we offer services in various fields such as:

• Drafting of technical improvements in bids with the most economically advantageous offer and support and preparation of documentation for participation in tender procedures. Astra Engineering carries out this activity for several companies all over Italy in the fields of infrastructure, recovery of contaminated sites, construction of aqueducts and sewerage systems, etc;
• Consultancy for Public Administrations: assistance to the General Manager for the preparation of tender documentation, assistance during the tender, during the execution phase and in the testing phase. Astra Engineering carries out this activity for individual contracts and through framework agreements with Public Administrations;
• Consultancy for companies at tender stage, during the execution of the contract and in the testing phase (justification of anomalous offers, preparation of accounting documentation, proposal of variance evaluations, litigation management).
